Baked Gnocchi
Ingredients
- 8 ounces gnocchi
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Cooking Instructions
- Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water until just tender, 5-7 minutes
- Drain, return to pot, then add grated parmesan and marinara
- Turn into 1 quart casserole and top with mozzarella
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until browned and bubbly
