Asparagus Gratin
Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 ounces grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly oil a shallow gratin dish or coat with nonstick spray.
- Stir in butter, garlic, oregano, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Toss with asparagus to coat.
- Place into gratin pan and roast for 10 - 12 minutes, or until tender but crisp. Top with cheeses and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until melted.
- Serve immediately.
